Dr. Vijiaykumar Marakatti

Research Scientist, KAUST

Biography

Dr. Vijaykumar Marakatti is a Research Scientist at KAUST, Saudi Arabia, with over a decade of expertise in materials chemistry, heterogeneous catalysis, and intermetallic compound development. He has authored 23 scientific publications and contributed to patented catalytic technologies. A recipient of the prestigious Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship, he conducted advanced catalysis research at UCLouvain, Belgium. He currently serves as a reviewer & Rapporteur for MSCA proposals under the European Commission and has evaluated over 20 grant applications.
