Congratulations to Distinguish Professor Mohamed Eddaoudi and Professor Osman Bakr, who was recently awarded the Distinguished Scientist Award, Almarai Prize for Scientific Creativity.
The Distinguished Scientist Award is presented to scientists residing in Saudi Arabia who have distinguished scientific contributions in the fields of basic sciences, applied, development sciences, and innovation.
The Supreme Council of the Almarai Prize for Scientific Creativity "congratulated all the winners (…) of the award at its 19th session, hoping that it would be a catalyst and motivation for them towards more effort and creativity in their scientific and practical lives".
Distinguish Professor Mohamed is affiliated with the Chemical Science, Chemical Engineering and Material Science and Engineering programs and Director of the Advanced Membranes and Porous Materials Research Center.
Professor Osman is affiliated with the Material Science and Engineering, Chemical Science and Electrical and Computer Engineering programs and a member of the KAUST Catalysis Center.
