The event will be an interactive workshop focused on the fundamentals of techno-economics in research and development (R&D), as well as the technology development framework. Led by Dr. Deoras Prabhudharwadkar, this expert-led session will provide PSE students with foundational knowledge.

In the practical part, participants divided into teams will build a simple model based on a generic example of an engineering process at the commercialization stage. They will learn how to break down estimates, understand their relevance, calculate key parameters, and explore approaches to sensitivity analysis.
