Congratulations to Dr. Hao Wu who won the best poster award at the 2019  International Conference on Materials for Advanced Technologies (ICMAT 2019), which was recently held in Singapore on June 23-28.  ICMAT is held once every two years and is organized and run by the Singapore Materials Research Society (S-MRS).

Dr. Hao, a Postdoctoral Fellow,   has been working on electrochemical microsupercapacitors in the Functional Nanomaterials and Devices Group of Prof. Husam Alshareef. He works to  develop materials and microfabrication strategies for capacitive energy storage.  Hao presented his poster in symposium GG, Advanced Nanomaterials for Green Energy and Environment.  The particular work presented at ICMAT demonstrated how metal –organic frameworks can be printed to enhance on-chip energy storage density. The work is  a product of  collaboration between the groups of Prof. Husam Alshareef and Prof. Mohamed Prof. Eddaoudi.
