OPPORTUNITIES IN THE PSE DIVISION

The Physical Science and Engineering Division is recruiting outstanding, multinational Faculty, Postdoctoral Fellows, Research Scientists and Staff to help one of the world's finest teaching and research institutions fulfill its educational and research missions.

To be competitive, we are hiring solely on the basis of merit, and will offer an attractive base pay augmented with benefits that compare favorably with the best global private and public institutions.

We invite qualified applicants to apply for faculty positions at all ranks (Assistant, Associate and Full Professor)

We not only offer superb research facilities in the independent faculty laboratories, research centers and core labs, but also generous assured research funding and internationally competitive salaries.

The science produced in the division is about understanding, modeling, and manipulating matter at all scales: nano, meso and macroscopic levels; in all forms: bulk, thin films, divided colloids, fluid flows, earth as system etc.; and in interaction with external stimuli: light, heat, fluids, etc.; or stresses.

The knowledge created serves to design and engineer materials, technologies, and systems that will address issues related to KAUST's four research pillars: water, food, energy, and the environment.

At KAUST, we attract people from Saudi Arabia and around the world who want to create impact beyond their own achievements. Irrespective of their national origins, the people of KAUST are “people of the world” who uphold our values of achievement, passion, inspiration, citizenship, diversity, integrity, and openness.

Due to the high number of applications we will only be able to respond to successful applicants.

Only applications submitted through the online application process will be considered.
